Brady’s Lost Blanket, by Stephanie Burkhart, is an adorable story about a little boy who believes his “blankie” is what makes him brave. He thinks he needs his blanket in order to be strong and confident.
However, when he leaves his blanket behind at his aunt and uncle’s house, he discovers that his true bravery and strength comes from within. This sweet, simple story will be so helpful for small children everywhere who become so attached to a comfort object that they feel they need it.
Brady’s story will help them learn to believe in themselves above the comfort object. I recommend this lovely story to young children and parents everywhere.

Review by Jeans:
This is a very entertaining story about Brady who is VERY attached to his “blankie” as a source of comfort, especially when he takes a plane ride with his parents to visit relatives. On the way back, he realizes he left his blankie at his aunt’s and becomes rather upset.
He finds ways to deal with not having his favorite blankie and finds ways to cope. Check out this book to find out how he reacts when blankie finally arrives!
A very good story for young children and beautiful illustrations.
